ACC honors Women’s History Month 2025 with a month-long celebration recognizing the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women past and present. This national observance, established in 1987, highlights the vital role women play in shaping society, advocating for change, and breaking barriers across all fields.
Throughout March, ACC will host events, discussions, and activities highlighting women’s voices, achievements, and contributions across various disciplines. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate and engage in meaningful conversations that celebrate the impact of women in history and today.

Supervisors, if you haven’t already, consider creating time in 1:1's and with your team to understand how your team members are navigating this change.
Colleagues, you can also play a role in how you show up for and support each other as we move toward improved collaboration and effectiveness.
As you navigate these changes and move through them as an individual, a colleague, or as a leader, please dive into the resources below to help guide and support these conversations.
Additionally, as you have these conversations and think through what effective and impactful change means, keep in mind Dr. Russell Lowery's Hart's Decision-Making Process (pictured right). Consider leaning on these four questions that guide our Chancellor's decision-making process when experiencing your own. (And a special shoutout to Dr. Samantha Croft for the awesome visual!)
