Inside The Washington Home

Dear Friends,

We’re excited to share the first edition of The Washington Home's newsletter! Through this platform, we’ll provide updates on our work and collaborations to uplift our older adult community in Washington DC.

This summer, we decided to step out of the office to witness your programs in action. These visits have given us invaluable insights, allowing us to deepen our connection with the work you do, celebrate your successes, and better understand your challenges.

Beyond funding, we’re committed to being collaborators and advocates, and the site visits have reinforced the importance of building genuine relationships and ensuring our support addresses real needs across our community.

As the year wraps up, we look forward to visiting even more partners and sharing stories of your incredible impact. Thank you for welcoming us into your spaces. Together, we’re building stronger, healthier communities for older adults in D.C.!

Warm regards,

The Washington Home Team
