It was great to see our members and meet new neighbors at Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation's Health Fair on the Block on October 14th.

Gompers Park Advisory Council and North Mayfair Improvement Association teamed up for a successful first-ever Neighborhood Open House at Gompers Park on October 2nd. Thanks for having us!

Nominate for the Driehaus Bungalow Awards By Tuesday!

Nominate your completed bungalow home improvement projects for our 17th Annual Driehaus Foundation Bungalow Awards for a chance to win up to $1,000 in the following categories: Exterior Rehabilitation, Interior Rehabilitation, Interior Restoration, Small Project, Green Project, Landscape Design, and Window Restoration.

Nomination Guidelines:

CBA-certified brick Chicago bungalow
Located in the City of Chicago
Project completed within the last 5 years
Includes 'before' and 'after' photos

Projects will be judged by a panel of architects, preservation experts, and civic leaders.

You've done the hard work, now get the reward!
