Story2Save The Date: Jan. 22 Screening of the film Resilience

GWCF has been taking a leadership role on the issue of Early Childhood Development in Worcester, and one of the ways we have done that is by bringing more community members into the conversation about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). As a continuation of that work, we invite to a screening of the 2016 film Resilience, a new documentary that delves into the science of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and a new movement to treat and prevent toxic stress. There will be a screening of the film held on January 22, 2018 from 5:30-8:00pm at Worcester Technical High School. The GWCF is c o-hosting with Dr. Heather Forkey and Worcester ACTS (Addressing Childhood Trauma).

Our President & CEO, Ann Lisi will be giving opening remarks, and the screening will be followed by remarks from Dr. Heather Forkey. To RSVP to the event, please contact Kelly Stimson, vp of donor services at [email protected].
