GWCF Welcomes New
Donor Services Associate

Lindiana Semidei joined our Foundation team in early February. S he is a 2017 WBJ 40 Under 40 recipient. She brings
to the Foundation a variety of skills from her background in arts administration and management. Lindiana most recently served as Staff Liaison in the City of Worcester’s Cultural Development office, and for the Worcester Arts Council grant program.
In addition, Lindiana owns and operates Raices Latin Dance, a company that preserves Latin dance history and culture through classes and performances.

Foundation to Receive Nativity School Honor

GWCF has been selected by Nativity School of Worcester as the recipient of their 2019 Corporate Partner Award! This award recognizes organizations demonstrating leadership in the Worcester area that enhances the well-being of Nativity School and its students.

This and other awards will be presented
at Nativity School's 14th Annual Spring Auction Night, an event to give thanks
for community support, celebrate student accomplishments, and grow resources for critical programs.
Nativity School's 14th Annual Spring Auction Night is Friday, April 5, 5:30 pm.

Creative Engagement
Grant Program
Deadline: March 15

This program directs financial
and knowledge resources to empower arts and culture organizations to develop innovative ways to increase engagement with diverse communities and become stronger organizations through the process.

Community Health Fund
Deadline: March 29

This fund seeks to advance projects that increase access to healthcare or health promotion services that address the social determinants of health.
Unibank September 11 Emergency Personnel Education Fund
Deadline: March 29

This fund welcomes grant proposals from Blackstone Valley organizations seeking support for trainings and critical equipment purchases.
Leicester Savings Bank Fund
Deadline: April 12

This Fund, which honors the Leicester Savings Bank for its decades of leadership in the community, supports projects that improve the quality of life for residents of Leicester.
Fairlawn Foundation Fund
Deadline: April 26

Since 2017, the Foundation has focused on innovative projects that address mental health needs in our community. The Foundation looks to be an incubator of scalable, replicable, sustainable projects.
