2026 KLI 2.0 Application Period Closes February 13th
Inspired by leading research and real-world leadership challenges, KLI 2.0 focuses on building trust, collaboration, and the ability to lead through complexity and change.
In this two-day workshop, leaders will participate in three core sessions focused on decision-making, team effectiveness, and leading through change.
This program is designed for established leaders aiming to make a greater impact within their organization. We also encourage all Kennebec Leadership Institute alumni to apply!
