You are invited to the 51st Annual Brazos County 4-H Cake Show and Auction, Monday, August 1st at the Brazos Center. The cake auction will begin at 7pm. The cake show is sponsored by the 4-H Adult Leaders Association in support of the 4-H program, a youth organization in Brazos County. Funds Raised support 4-Her’s through leadership labs, fashion shows, round-up contests, food shows, awards programs, banquets and scholarships. 4-H members bake cakes, pies or cookies which are entered into different categories. They are judged by volunteers, leaders in the community, business owners, etc. The auction will begin at 7pm with the auctioning of the Grand Champion, Reserve Champion, Most Creative, Largest Cakes and Best 4-H Cake followed by all the other entries.
