Costs
WRI certification fees are only assessed when a project pursues WRI independently from NGBS Green certification. WRI certification fees are flat-rate and designed to be cost-effective so that it is an easy choice to add a water rating to any residential project.
- Single-family Home: $50
- Multifamily Building: $100
WaterSense certification can be added to a certified WRI project at no additional cost. As always, we will consider volume pricing upon request.
