Our team was able to extend some holiday cheer into 2026 by holding our annual Christmas Party in the Map Room at Allenberry Resort. We got together for some excellent food, drinks, conversation, and of course the REINDEER GAMES! A fantastic time was had by all. 

On February 4^th, several of our staff attended the ABC Keystone Economic Outlook Breakfast at Spooky Nook in Manheim, presented by Dr. Anirban Basu. With a record turnout (over 700 A/E/C professionals) our team was able to network with other industry professionals before enjoying breakfast and listening to the economic insights for the year ahead. 

Last but not least, we would be remiss if we did not tell you about the latest growth of the IC family. Two of our staff members welcomed new babies during the month of March! We are excited to watch these children grow and grasp all of life’s opportunities. Congratulations!

PennDOT HOP ClearPath Pilot Program

Streamlining Highway Occupancy Permits

The PennDOT HOP ClearPath Pilot Program is a new initiative developed by PennDOT in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Transformation and Opportunity (OTO). Designed to streamline the Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) process, this pilot program aims to reduce review timelines and clarify expectations for applicants.

On May 2nd, runners from all over the region will lace up their sneakers to support Greenlight Operations! The 6th annual Run for Restoration will be held on City Island in Harrisburg to benefit the restorative care of survivors of human trafficking.
