Dear Homeowners,

Please be advised the Cultural Event: Bathukamma, which was scheduled for this Sunday has been transitioned to a private event and all association attendance and reservations have been cancelled. Unfortunately, the requirements for hosting a cultural event were not followed and has created a liability issue for the association. 

The Board of Directors is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community at Inspiration. Diversity and fairness are essential to enriching our neighborhood and creating a vibrant atmosphere for all residents. To reflect these values, a policy for cultural events was established regarding events hosted at the clubhouse. The goals of this policy was to ensure all members of our community have the opportunity to participate, celebrate, and share their unique backgrounds and traditions.

This current policy establishes one global event sponsored by the association which allows residents to share traditions and experiences with all homeowners. Additionally, the Board has approved one cultural event per month (on a first-come, first-served basis) for residents to host a cultural event. Each event is subject to attendance limitations, must be open to the community to participate on a complimentary basis, and limited to one celebration per calendar year. Also, please save the date to attend Inspire Around the World event on Sunday, November 3^rd. This event is an HOA event, open to all residents. If you would like to participate or would like more information please contact Taylor Cowan, Lifestyle Director at tcowan@ccmcnet.com.

The Board will be reviewing the current policy to ensure future events do not experience this disruption.
