HOA Office Closure
Due to inclement weather, the HOA Office will be closed on Thursday, January 9th, and Friday, January 10th, and will resume regular operating hours on Monday, January 13th. The team will work remotely; please call 469-522-2120 or email the association staff.

Winter Tips
Below are a few helpful winter tips:
- Remove garden hoses from outside faucets.
- Drip outside faucets (5 drops per minute) when temperatures are expected to be below 28 degrees for at least four hours. Securing a bucket under the faucet will help collect the drips.
- Know where your property's shut-off valve is located (usually adjacent to the water meter box) and how to use it. Lubricate the valve (WD-40 or similar to avoid breaking the valve if frozen).
- Consider turning an inside faucet on to slowly drip if outside temperatures remain freezing for a sustained period of time.
Don't forget to bundle up, bring those pets indoors, and watch your step when out and about. Stay warm this week!
