Dear Residents,
We are so happy you have chosen to make Inspiration your home. As you settle into your new place, we wanted to share a quick reminder about lawn care during our growing season.
With recent rainfall and rising temperatures, lawns grow quickly and require regular upkeep. To maintain the beauty of our neighborhood, we kindly request that all homeowners ensure their yards are mowed, edged, and weeded on a weekly basis during this time of year.
Lawn maintenance is one of the most common issues we see. Per our community guidelines, each homeowner is responsible for maintaining their lot, including lawns, trees, hedges, and flower beds, in a neat and attractive condition. This includes:
- Weekly mowing and edging
- Regular weeding of plant beds
- Removing grass from landscape beds
- Fertilizing, applying weed control, and watering
- Replacing any diseased or dead trees and plants within a reasonable time
