We wanted to share a quick note regarding the Design Guidelines for our community. Each lot within Unity Village is required to have a light pole installed in front of the home as part of the original community design.

We are currently working closely with Ashton Woods and First Texas Homes within the Unity Village to bring all lots into compliance with this requirement. We appreciate your patience as we continue coordinating with the builders to complete these installations.
