We wanted to inform you that we have identified the issue with the gates located at Azure Pearl Trail and Cobalt Bayou. Unfortunately, the controller box was damaged due to being hit by a vehicle. We have scheduled a service date for the end of next week to address this problem.
In the meantime, please be aware that the gate will remain in the open position until the necessary repairs are completed. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We will keep you informed of any updates as we receive them.
