We are writing to inform you of a recent incident in which a vehicle struck the entrance gate at the gates near Huffines Blvd and Meziere Sky Dr. Unfortunately, this caused damage and rendered the gate inoperable.

While repairs are underway, please exercise extreme caution when entering or exiting the community. Slowing down and waiting for the gates to open entirely before proceeding is crucial.
Recent Gate Issues:
We understand that waiting for the gates can be inconvenient. However, it is concerning that this is the second time in a few weeks that a vehicle has damaged the gate.

Forcing the gates to open before they are fully extended can damage the system and lead to further repair costs. More importantly, it poses a safety risk for residents and their vehicles.
