We are pleased to inform you that the front gate at Inspiration Point off of Huffines Blvd has been successfully repaired.
We are currently awaiting a replacement part for the gate at Inspiration Point off of Cobalt Bayou Ln. The part is scheduled to arrive on Monday, December 23rd, and the repair is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, December 24th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.
Important Note:
- While the gates are fully functional, please use caution and drive slowly when entering or exiting the community. This allows the gates to open to their fullest extent.
Additional Information:
- The design of these gates is intentional. The gates at Huffines Blvd and Meziere Sky Dr system will not allow the gates to close and open simultaneously.
Safety Reminder:
- While the gates are designed for safe operation, any impact could damage the system and necessitate further repairs.
