Greetings Beloveds,

It's been awhile since I've written to you. I am inspired today to send you a message. My partner Danny and I have a common expression now to remind us when our minds have taken over and we forget who we are at the deepest level. I read something from Eckhart Tolle's book, The Power of Now, which prompted my writing. He says "Another portal into the Unmanifested is created through the cessation of thinking....There are many ways to create a gap in the incessant stream of thought. This is what meditation is all about."

There is no greater love than to sit in the presence of the Beloved! Those times bring clarity and peace of mind. When we are able to transcend the mind and the millions of thoughts that pass through it, we come home to the realization that, at the deepest level of our being, we are absolute peace. There is nothing we need to worry about or strive for in the outer world. We discover a power within that we can trust and utilize. We can literally "ride the tide" of infinite love. As we practice daily sitting in the silence, we realize that our true power is within us. It is our innate supreme nature and that supreme nature is peace-filled and loving. It is giving and forgiving. It is clear and understanding. It is fearless because at the deepest level, there is nothing to fear. At the deepest level, all of our questions and concerns are known and answered.

And then there is the mind! Be careful with the mind. The mind will trick you into believing that you have problems and limitations you can't overcome. It tricks you into believing you can't trust anybody or anything because of what happened in the past. Or it terrorizes you about what might happen in the future. There are millions of messages that we get daily from outside sources that leave us feeling vulnerable and weak and unsure of ourselves and our future. So I say to you, "Mind your mind!" That means pay attention to what your mind is currently telling you. It's usually truly fiction because there is only the NOW moment which is the only moment you are living right now. When you take yourself into the center of your being where your power resides, you transcend the monkey mind and all its fears. Meditate into the center of your being where you are lifted out of fear and judgment and instead find your true personal power and fearless living. God provides in ways unimaginable--absolute miracles beyond anything you thought possible! This is the promise. So we come out of the fear-based darkness into the light, and we are free!
