Season Greetings, 

We are excited for our Annual Jingle & Mingle on Saturday, December 9th from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at Club Inspiration. Below you will find more information about the event, along with an event layout.

Although RSVP is not required, we use this information to assist with catering orders and event supplies.

We are excited to announce that we have received our 2024 Christmas Ornaments that will be distributed at this event.

New this year, we will have wristbands with numbered tickets to be used for various activities throughout the event. More details will be announced closer to the event but wristbands can be picked up starting December 1st and will be available during the event in front of the Association Office.

This event will have limited parking; please plan accordingly!

PICTURES WITH SANTA
Inspiration is always on Santa's VIP list! Santa will stop by Inspiration for a photo shoot and visit with the residents!
Please note that the link to download Santa photos will be sent out the following week!
HOT CHOCOLATE & COFFEE!
Stop by and get your very own Polar Express Hot Chocolate! We will have some delicious toppings specially made for our Jingle & Mingle event.

LIVE REINDEER
We have a special visitor, Comet, one of Santa's reindeer. Comet is excited to meet all of our Inspiration residents! 
COOKIE DECORATING STATION
We have some delicious cookies ready for our residents to decorate, take home, and enjoy!
NORTH POLE VILLAGE SHOPPING
Inspiration crafters and artists are hosting a North Pole Village shopping experience featuring a variety of handmade goods for last minute holiday gifts and stocking stuffers. Stay tuned for a list of our talented neighborhood vendors!
HOLIDAY CRAFTS
We will have two craft stations set-up for the children to enjoy creating some Holiday Cheer! Children will create a Snowman craft and a Christmas tree craft.
TRACKLESS TRAIN RIDE
The Trackless Train will take a trip around Club Inspiration, making a drop-off at the North Pole Shopping Village. 
CATERING IN THE CLUBHOUSE
We have some delicious appetizers directly from the North Pole. We will serve pinwheel sandwiches and finger foods. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free option will be available.

ADULT BEVERAGES
We have a special treat for our adults: Sponsored by Woodlake Outdoors; residents can enjoy some sparkling white wine, Shiner Bocks Holiday, and Stella Artois. As a reminder, we are limited to two per person to ensure we have enough for the entire community.

REMEMBRANCE POOL
We take a moment to remember those no longer with us today. Please take a moment and write the names of those no longer with us. 
2024 ORNAMENTS
Residents can pick up their Inspiration 2024 ornament near the North Pole Village at the Event Field.
Ornaments will also be available at the Association office after Saturday, December 9th.
REINDEER GAMES
We will have some fun oversized games set up for residents to enjoy.
SNOW STATIONS
We have some fun fake snow (Instant Snow Powder) stations for kids to have fun!
PHOTO STATION
Stop by and take a fun photo of our holiday backdrop. We will have some fun props for residents to utilize.
