Greetings,

Last week, the Board approved new Fitness Center hours in the Board of Directors meeting. The Fitness Center is now open daily from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm. The mobile credentials have already been updated, and nothing additional needs to be done by the residents.

As a reminder, if you are a First Responder or Active and Reserve Military Member, you can register for additional access hours for the Fitness Center.

Last week, the repairs were completed for the television remote controls on the wall. The vendor will be onsite within the next week to finalize the engraving in the meantime the legend for the buttons are located above the remotes.

  • Residents 14-16 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center without adult supervision.
  • Residents 14-17 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm.
