New Fitness Center Equipment:
We sincerely thank our community for your patience as we worked to enhance our fitness facilities. We're thrilled to share that the Board of Directors has approved the purchase of six new treadmills! Four are Freemotion Incline Trainers, known for their advanced incline features, and two are Freemotion Reflex treadmills designed for superior comfort and durability. These additions will elevate your workout experience and support your fitness goals. Installation is expected to be completed by the end of the month. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you enjoy these exciting upgrades in the coming weeks!
Fitness Center Reminders:
Please be considerate when using gym equipment. Only use one machine or piece of equipment at a time to ensure all residents have a fair chance to exercise. Avoid reserving multiple machines or leaving personal items to "hold" equipment. Share the space so everyone can enjoy their workout.
Parcel Box at Clustered Mailboxes:
Parcel boxes are located within the existing clustered mailboxes within the community. The Association office does not have any keys for the parcel boxes; the postmaster will place the key within your mailbox.
Pet Waste:
Please be sure to utilize the pet waste stations located around the community. Cleaning up after your pets reduces odors, insects, and transmission of diseases and keeps stormwater drains and local water systems free of pollutants.
Trash Dumping:
Please remember to dispose of your trash properly. Dumping waste in our community not only damages the environment but also affects the beauty of our neighborhood. Let’s work together to keep our streets clean and safe for everyone.
