We are sure enjoying the warmer weather this week and seeing owners utilize Club Inspiration's pool. However, it appears the winter cold will be coming this weekend; we cannot wait to see owners using the fire pit at Tranquility Swing Park and Sapphire Park roasting marshmallows or just enjoying conversations by the fire pit.

Chess Board - Paradise Village:

Check out our life-size Chess Board located in Paradise Village off of Huffines Blvd just past the Paradise Arches on the right-hand side.

Lost & Found:

We have had several items turned into the Association Office from the Fitness Center and throughout the community. If you have a lost item, please reach out to the Association team by completing the linked form.

Pets Reminder:

As a gentle reminder, no pets are allowed inside the pool area, Pickle Ball courts, or inside the Amenity Center. In addition, it is important to remember your pets must remain on a leash at all times while walking the community. Our common areas are pet-friendly but are not dog parks.

Right of Row Project:

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.

Community Project Updates

Don’t forget to examine the door itself. Wood doors will need to be checked for water damage and warp, as well as chipped and peeling paint, or stained. Steel doors may have rust spots that need to be sanded, primed, and painted. Wash your garage door regularly with a mild all-purpose cleaner at the same time you do your car.
