We are looking forward to our Polar Plunge this Saturday; the weather will be approximately 72 degrees; you could not ask for better weather to take the plunge.

We are pleased to announce our new Member Services Coordinator at Inspiration, Samantha Howse. Samantha is an excellent addition to the Association team. Samantha assists residents with account questions, mobile access cards, phone calls, walk-ins, tours, and more!

We look forward to our residents meeting Samantha and welcoming her to Inspiration.

Facility Rentals:

The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than twelve (12) months and no less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online.

Club Inspiration Pool(s):

As a reminder, the pool(s) at Club Inspiration are closed on Wednesdays for maintenance.

Leasing Reminders:

Inspiration is an ownership-focused community. The HOA has very specific rules regarding when and how a house may be rented.

Notary Services:

We have a Texas Notary at the Association Office; please be sure to schedule an appointment on our new online platform.

Parcel Box at Clustered Mailboxes:

Parcel boxes are located within the existing clustered mailboxes within the community. The Association office does not have any keys for the parcel boxes; the postmaster will place the key within your mailbox.

Right of Row Project:

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.

Community Project Updates

This is the time to apply pre and post-emergent to your lawns. Pre-emergent is applied before weed seeds emerge and attack seeds before they sprout, and Post-emergent attacks weeds when they have come out of the ground. The granules are effective for about 100 days, so you will need to reapply three months later as a "booster shot."

Spread the love and send an Inspire Gram to your neighbor! You are welcome to send multiple Grams; please fill out one form per gram and be sure to leave a message! Inspire Grams will be delivered on Friday following the submission of your form; each gram will come with a flower.

Polar Plunge

Date: Saturday, February 24th

Time: 10:00 am Sharp!

Where: Club Inspiration

It's that time of year again! On this day, the brave and the bold join Club Inspiration and plunge into the icy depths of the Inspiration Lap pool. All residents above the age of seven are allowed to take the plunge. Lifeguards will be on hand, and a continental breakfast will be served following the plunge.
