Bicycles Reminder:
Please use caution when cycling around the walking trails and sidewalks, avoiding pedestrians and the Common Areas. Please utilize the bike rack in front of the buildings when visiting Club Inspiration as a gentle reminder. We kindly ask that you do not bring any bicycles inside the building for any reason. When utilizing the sports courts, please place bikes outside the fence to ensure that all walkways are kept clear for pedestrians.
Dog Park Reminder:
Pet waste left in the community's dog parks continues to be an issue. We ask those utilizing the common areas to please clean up after them and not leave it to others to do so. For your convenience, there are pet waste stations available for use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Golf Carts:
Golf Carts are not permitted on the sidewalks or trails, and drivers must have a valid driver's license.
Kangaroo Pad:
Be sure to pick-up your shoes, socks and jackets after you enjoy the Kangaroo Pad, we have a collection of items in our Lost and Found that have been left at this park at the Associations office.
Right of Row Project:
The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.
Suburban Trails Dog Park:
The enhancements to the Suburban Trails Dog Park is complete, the large dog breed park is closed through the end of this week to allow the allow the roots to establish in the soil firmly.
