Notary Services:

We have a Texas Notary at the Association Office; please be sure to schedule an appointment on our new online platform.

Political Signs:

Per Texas Property Code (Sec. 202.009), political signs are allowed (1) on or after the 90th day before the date of the election to which the sign relates; or (2) before the 10th day after that election date. All political signs will need to be removed by March 15, 2024.

Right of Row Project:

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.

Design Guidelines

Spring has almost sprung!

It is a great time to begin replacing any dead or missing landscape in the front of your home. Please note, driveway beds and front landscape beds should appear full and free of grass and/or weeds. Each lot size is required to have a certain number of plants and shrubs. You can locate your specific lot size requirements on our website. Please review the Amended Architectural Design Guidelines, section 1.2. If you are changing your landscape, you will need prior approval from the ARC Committee.
