It is an exciting time for Inspiration Residential Association as we draw closer to the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Members and Board member election. This meeting will be held on Thursday, May 16, at 6:00 pm at Club Inspiration – (1715 Inspiration Blvd, Wylie, TX 75098).

An important part of the meeting will be an operational review, a review of year-end financials and the approved budget for 2024, and the election of one (1) Director to the Inspiration Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors. The position has a two (2) year term.

If you are interested in serving your community as an Inspiration Residential Association Board of Directors, we encourage you to complete the linked Board of Directors Application, along with a short biography (150 words or less) outlining your qualifications and why you wish to serve on the Board. Any information provided will be included with the official ballot that will be sent to all owners.

Access Card Reminder:

Please be sure not to open the door for residents who do not have access cards. The enhanced card system lets the Association team know who utilizes the amenities. Residents who do not have an access card and are granted access by another resident is now considered the guest of the resident who allowed them into the facilities. And, if anything happens, the resident who granted them access is in jeopardy of being responsible for any damages and/or losing access to the amenities. Only one guest is permitted for the Fitness Center and only for adult residents over 18. Minors (ages 16-18) using the facilities cannot bring a guest(s); however, they can accompany another minor to the facility, but each minor needs to have their own access card

Dumpster at Club Inspiration:

Just a friendly reminder not to dump trash or large items in the Association dumpster at Club Inspiration. Thank you for your cooperation!

Fitness Center Yoga Mats:

New Yoga mats have been added to the Fitness Center; please remember to wipe the mats after use.

Native Mowing:

Tis' the Season, the native areas will be mowed next week; this includes the ONCOR easement and the disc-golf course.

Right of Row Project:

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.

Community Project Updates

Owners can submit a photo or document to close their violations with the hyperlink in your compliance letters. Owners do not need login information; click the link and upload a document/image for the Association team to review and close your notice.

Please be mindful of doing this within the timeline of your letters per the CC&Rs for the community.

New this year, we are introducing a wristband system similar to our Jingle & Mingle event to help ensure that the participants attend the correct Egg Hunt and are Inspiration Residents; register below. Wristbands can be picked up at the Association office until 5:00 pm on Friday and by the lower level Fitness Center doors on the day of the event. Please note that the starting times for the Egg Hunts are sharp, and there will be no delay. Every child must have a color-coordinated wristband to participate and receive them before the start time. Children who do not have a wristband or miss their designated time slot will not get to participate in the Egg Hunt.

The Farmers Market & Craft Fair will be held in conjunction with our Spring Fling Event.
