Spring has Sprung! We are sure enjoying the warmer weather and look forward to Spring. We know life gets busy, and we wanted to share some information on lawn maintenance. Here are some helpful tips on how to treat your weeds before they overtake your yard.

Apply pre- and post-emergent; pre-emergent will help prevent weeds from sprouting each season and help protect your lawn from weeds, and post-emergent will kill the weeds already in your yard. The younger the weeds are, the easier they will come out of the ground.
Mowing the weeds with the grass will cause the weeds to spread.

Fitness Center:

We want to remind everyone to wipe down the equipment with sanitization wipes, which are located in the Fitness Center. In addition, the two new Concept2 BikeErg with PM5 Monitor, soft medicine balls, and two Body Solid Far Grip Olympic Bar-U are scheduled to be installed on Friday, March 29th.

Pickleball Access Card Reminder:

Our Association team is working diligently to add all users to the Pickleball Courts system. We are currently more than 75% complete and aim to have the system finalized before Friday, March 29th.

Road Work:

Beginning this week, Huffines Blvd near the Arches at Paradise will be converted into a two-lane road, and the intersection of Osage and Treasure Trail will be closed. The week after, the intersections of Huffines Blvd/Stellar Truth Way and Osage Lane/Huffines Blvd will be affected. Please exercise caution while driving through these locations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Right of Row Project:

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.
