Greetings, 

Inspiration Owners are invited to attend the 2024 Annual Meeting, including the Board of Directors election for one director, on Thursday, May 16th, at 6:00 pm at Club Inspiration, 1715 Inspiration Blvd, Wylie, TX 75098. One director will be elected by the Owners representing the Association. The position has a two (2)-year term.

We will be hosting a Meet the Candidates Night on Thursday, May 2nd, at 6:00 pm via Zoom.

The Association has partnered with Vote HOA Now, a leading online voting service used by many HOAs across Texas and the U.S. This service will allow homeowners to vote online. Registration and voting instructions was emailed earlier today to owners with an email address registered with your lot.

A Directed Proxy is now available on our website for those who wish to refrain from participating in the online voting option. It is being sent via USPS and is also available in the Association office.

Each household can only vote once (1). Therefore, homeowners should decide together which candidate to support and vote for that one (1) person. You can either vote online or via ballot, but not both.

Please note no nominations will be taken from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

Facility Rentals:

The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted at most twelve (12) months and at least fifteen (15) days before the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online. Currently, every Friday and Saturday until mid-June has been reserved. So please get your requests in early. 

Fitness Center:

We want to remind everyone to wipe down the equipment with sanitization wipes. The wipes are located in the Fitness Center. 

Caregiver Registration:

Do you have a Caregiver who needs access to the Amenities this summer? Click here for more information about a seasonal Caregivers pass from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Pet Waste:

Please be sure to dispose of pet waste in your trash totes. Cleaning up after your pets reduces odors, insects, and transmission of diseases and keep stormwater drains and local water systems free of pollutants. 

Right of Row Project: 

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.
