Inspiration Owners are invited to attend the 2024 Annual Meeting, including the Board of Directors election for one director, on Thursday, May 16th, at 6:00 pm at Club Inspiration. One director will be elected by the Owners representing the Association. The position has a two (2)-year term.

Hope Harbor Pool Opening Schedule:

We're excited to announce the pool's seasonal opening beginning Wednesday, May 1st. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon poolside initially on Wednesdays from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Then, dive into summer fun with daily access starting Saturday, May 25th. So, grab your sunscreen and swimsuit, and get ready for a refreshing season at Hope Harbor!

Kangaroo Jumper:

We're happy to announce the shade sail will be returning in May. To keep the sail functioning properly throughout the summer and ensure everyone's safety, here is a friendly reminder: Please help us by talking to children about not climbing or standing on the shade sail. This will help prevent any damage and keep the cool comfort zone available for everyone to enjoy.

Mulch:

Don't be alarmed by the surprising appearance of a bright yellow, frothy material in some of our community's mulch beds. This is likely Fuligo septica, a harmless slime mold. While it may look unusual, it poses no threat and actually benefits the environment by breaking down decaying organic matter.

Caregiver Registration:

Do you have a Caregiver who needs access to the Amenities this summer? Click here for more information about a seasonal Caregiver pass from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Right of Row Project:

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the Association.

Road Work:

Beginning this week, Huffines Blvd near the Arches at Paradise will be converted into a two-lane road, and the intersection of Osage and Treasure Trail will be closed. The week after, the intersections of Huffines Blvd/Stellar Truth Way and Osage Lane/Huffines Blvd will be affected. Please exercise caution while driving through these locations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Community Project Updates

Get ready to cultivate your curb appeal! Our Yard of the Month program kicks off this April, perfectly timed to coincide with the Home and Garden Expo. To celebrate the start of spring and inspire some friendly competition, we're unlocking Solomon, the Inspiration Gnome! Each month, one house in each of our Villages will be chosen as a Yard of the Month winner.

Are you passionate about building a vibrant community? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Social Committee! Arbor Day

Date: Friday, April 26th

Where: Urban Trails Dog Park

Join us at the Urban Trails Dog Park as we plant new trees and celebrate the continued growth of Inspiration. Our team will be on-site to answer all your questions about the carefully selected trees that grace our community. Plus, we've partnered with Fannin Tree Farm to offer a special discount for Inspiration residents who need to replace dead trees on their property. It's a woof-derful opportunity to learn, give back to the environment, and score a deal – all while enjoying some quality time with your furry companion! Don't forget to bring your leash and waste bags!
