Inspiration Owners are invited to attend the 2024 Annual Meeting, including the Board of Directors election for one director, on Thursday, May 16th, at 6:00 pm at Club Inspiration, 1715 Inspiration Blvd, Wylie, TX 75098. One director will be elected by the Owners representing the Association. The position has a two (2)-year term.

Be sure to join us for our reception immediately following the meeting until 8:00 pm.

Ballots are available on our website and will be on hand at the check-in booth for our meeting tomorrow evening.

Each household can only vote one (1) time. Therefore, owners of the home should decide together which candidate to support and vote for that one (1) person. You can EITHER vote online OR via ballot, but not both.

Please note no nominations will be taken from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

Bearfoot is recruiting lifeguards for the upcoming 2024 Summer season. To be eligible:

Applicants must be 15 years old by the last day of training.
Candidates should be prepared to attend the Lifeguard Certification Course.
They must also be capable of meeting training prerequisites.

30-30 Rule for Lightening:

The “30-30 Rule” is an effective rule of thumb for safety: evacuate the pool if the flash-to-bang count is under 30, do not return until 30 minutes have elapsed since the last thunder or lightning. As a reminder, we have installed a cutting-edge lightning detection system that sounds an alarm when lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius.

Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor Monitors:

Just a friendly reminder that our Monitors and Lifeguards are back for the season. Please keep in mind that the Pool Monitor will be verifying the scan log and will require a valid identification card with the Inspiration address. It's important to note that Hope Harbor does not have any Lifeguards, only Pool Monitors who verify the scan log.

Club Inspiration Pool(s):

As a reminder, the pool(s) at Club Inspiration are closed for maintenance on Wednesdays.

Golf Cart Reminders:

Golf carts are not permitted on sidewalks, trails, or landscaped common areas within Inspiration.

Hope Harbor Pool Opening Schedule:

As a reminder Hope Harbor is open on Wednesdays from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Then, dive into summer fun with daily access starting Saturday, May 25th. So, grab your sunscreen and swimsuit, and get ready for a refreshing season at Hope Harbor!

Water Balloons:

We love seeing everyone enjoy the first signs of summer with a friendly water balloon fight in the common areas, but we ask that owners please pick up the balloons after all the fun.

Time to freshen up:

It's time to examine your garage door. Wood doors will need to be checked for water damage and warp, as well as chipped and peeling paint, or stained. Steel doors may have rust spots that must be sanded, primed, and painted. Wash your garage door regularly with a mild all-purpose cleaner at the same time you do your car.

Light Pole Touch-Up

While you freshen up around the house, remember to touch up the paint on your pole lights.

The Inspiration office will be closed starting at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 24th through Tuesday, May 28th, in observance of Memorial Day. Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, May 28th. In the event of an after-hours common area emergency, please call 1-800-274-3165.
