Inspiration homeowners, your Semi-Annual Homeowner Association assessments are due on July 1, 2024.

You have the option to pay online at https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home with an electronic check or by credit card. You will need your account number.

Drop a check or money order off at the Association office, located at the Amenity Center (we cannot take cash or credit or debit cards at the office).

Direct Debit: Sign up to have your assessment payment automatically drafted from your bank account the month your payment is due. Enrollment can be completed through your online web portal,

At Inspiration, we have Safety Breaks at all our pools during the last ten minutes of every hour; only residents under 18 are required to exit the water. Some of the reasons for Safety Breaks are below:

Children need to exit the water to replenish energy. During this time, we encourage parents to give their children snacks, drink water, and relax; this helps lessen the chance of drowning and sudden exhaustion with our young patrons.
During the safety breaks, all lifeguards switch to their designated lifeguard stands. Switching stands helps the guards stay alert and monitor different sections of the pool with high attention. This means that for a short period of time, the water is not being watched and may be unsafe for children. Once the safety break has ended, all guards are back on the stand, and the water is protected.
Safety breaks allow children to be out of the pool so they may use the restroom; this helps reduce the chance of a code brown (poop in the pool).
Safety breaks are also for “water rest.” This gives the chlorine time to keep the water clean during high-traffic hours. During this 10-minute period, the water is routinely checked for chlorine levels and Ph levels.

30-30 Rule for Lightening:

The “30-30 Rule” is an effective rule of thumb for safety: evacuate the pool if the flash-to-bang count is under 30, do not return until 30 minutes have elapsed since the last thunder or lightning. As a reminder, we have installed a cutting-edge lightning detection system that sounds an alarm when lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius.

As a reminder, the pool(s) at Club Inspiration are closed for maintenance on Wednesdays.

Roadwork Notice:

Collin County WCID No. 3 contractors will be conducting concrete panel replacements on southbound Inspiration Blvd. between Successful Dr. and Silent Shore St. starting on Thursday, June 6th, 2024. Please expect minor delays in this area while these sections are being replaced.

Rain, Rain Go Away

Heavy rains can make keeping up with mowing and weeding a challenge. The Board has approved temporarily not escalating any violations for these categories for the inspections this week. Residents will have extra time to catch up on yard work once the weather dries out. Standard inspections will resume the week of June 17th!
