Greetings,

As we move into the busy summer season, we want to take a moment to share a few important reminders to help keep the pools at Club Inspiration safe, clean, and open for all to enjoy.

Over the past few weeks, there have been a few incidents that required temporary pool closures due to illness in the water. These situations, while sometimes unavoidable, can be disruptive and lead to extended downtime while the pool is cleaned and treated.

To help prevent these closures, we kindly ask that all families take a few simple precautions:

  • We encourage all minors under the age of 18 to take full advantage of our regular breaks to rest, hydrate, and use the restroom

  • Avoid swimming on a full stomach. Please wait at least 30 minutes after eating before returning to active swimming.

  • Stay out of the water if feeling unwell. If anyone in your household has had recent stomach discomfort, fever, or other symptoms of illness, it’s best to wait until they’re fully recovered before using the pool.

  • Hydrate and take breaks in the shade. Staying cool and hydrated helps reduce fatigue and overheating, which can contribute to illness.

  • Supervise young swimmers. Keeping an eye on children for any signs of discomfort can help avoid issues before they arise.

These simple steps make a big difference in keeping our shared amenities clean and enjoyable. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.

Thank you for your attention and support.

Sincerely,

Heather Bordner-Ayyob

Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor Monitors:

Just a friendly reminder that our Pool Monitors and Lifeguards are back for the season. Please note that the Pool Monitor will be verifying the scan log and will require a valid ID card showing an Inspiration address. Hope Harbor does not have Lifeguards on duty; only Pool Monitors are responsible for verifying access. All minors must check in their Minor ID Card with the Monitor upon arrival and pick it up when they are finished using the facility.

Club Inspiration Pool Furniture:

We are excited to share that new pool furniture has arrived at Club Inspiration. The updates include additional tables and new umbrella bases to enhance comfort and convenience for all residents.

Fitness Center Equipment:

As part of the 2025 budget, we are excited to welcome new fitness equipment, including two Freemotion REFLEX Treadmills and a GENESIS Dual Cable Cross, bringing advanced features and versatile training options to elevate your workout experience.

Frontier Reminder:

Please take a moment to review the linked communication regarding the Frontier installation if you have any questions or concerns about the installation process or any related impacts on your property.
