Greetings,

It is hard to imagine it is almost July, and we are looking forward to continuing to see all our residents enjoying some time by the pool. And, to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable pool experience at Inspiration, we want to send out a friendly reminder, update, and educational FYI regarding our guidelines, which help us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Here are a few reminders:

  • You will need your mobile access card to enter the pool.
  • This ensures that only residents in good standing are accessing the pool.
  • No rafts or floatation devices are allowed except as provided for the lazy river. However, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vests are permitted.
  • For the safety of all residents, a U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device is "if they flounder, they will always face up."
  • Our lifeguard and pool monitoring team, Bearfoot, will assist in ensuring that proper floatation devices are used. If the team sees a device that they feel is questionable, they will approach the parents and ask. This is merely for the safety of your children.
  • No eating, drinking, or smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted in the pool area or the pool water.
  • This ensures that no food or beverages are accidentally dropped into the water, causing water contamination, and the food and trash can end up in the filter and the pump.
  • Feel free to enjoy a beverage if you are on/at the edge of the pool.
  • Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
  • Broken glass in the pool presents a safety hazard for swimmers and can cause damage to the pool. If the team finds broken glass in the pool area, the pool must be closed and cleaned. If our team does not feel the pool is safe, additional measures are taken to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.
  • Residents under the age of 13 are not permitted in the pool without an adult 18 years or older and must be supervised at all times.
  • Each lot is permitted four (4) guests; however, an owner must be with their guests the entire time they enjoy the amenity.

Let's work together to keep our community pool a safe and fun place for everyone to enjoy! For more information, please visit the Inspiration community website for a full outline of all the pool rules and regulations at Inspiration.

We look forward to seeing you throughout the summer!

The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than twelve (12) months and no less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online.

We want to remind you that fireworks in Inspiration Residential Association are not permitted in Inspiration, and fines of up to $500. For your safety and the safety of others, please avoid fireworks in our community.

Irrigation for Individual Yards:

Take the guesswork out of knowing when and how much water to use. Click here for a free weekly recommendation from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.

Native Mowing:

The native areas were mowed last week; this includes the ONCOR easement and the disc-golf course.

Goggles:

We have a plethora of goggles in lost and found. If you have lost a pair of goggles, there will be a basket by the monitor stand at Club Inspiration.

Rose Rosette Disease

This highly contagious viral disease disfigures rose bushes, causing distorted growth, excessive thorns, and stunted flowers.

Early detection is key! Look for bright red new growth that doesn't turn green, thickened canes, and clusters of tiny, abnormal rosebuds.

If you suspect Rose Rosette, isolate the infected plant and contact a professional for guidance.

Remember, a healthy rose garden starts with awareness. Together, let's keep our roses blooming beautifully!
