The semi-annual statements have been sent out and are due on Saturday, July 1, 2023. Due to a new layout of the statement, we would like to highlight some changes to avoid confusion:

The "Late $ + Interest" indicates the Late Fee amount only if paid after the "Late Date." The "Late Date" for the third quarter assessment is July 31, 2023.
The "Balance Forward" indicates if you have an outstanding balance. You do not owe anything additional if your "Balance Forward" is $0.00.
If you are paying with Direct Debit and your invoice says "Auto Debit Do Not Pay," please check the "Balance Forward." CCMC will only draft the current assessment amount. You will need to pay the "Balance Forward" separately.

The Board of Directors has rescheduled our third quarter meeting date from Wednesday, August 2, to Monday, September 11. The agenda will be sent out closer to the meeting date.

A reminder this Saturday, starting at 6:30 pm, Club Inspiration will be closed for our adult pool party for residents 21 years of age and older.

Please remember the Pool Monitor will verify the scan log and need a valid identification card with the Inspiration address for the resident who scanned their access card. Access cards are only issued to residents 14 years of age and older.

After Hours Emergencies

If you notice an irrigation leak or want to report anything that may need our immediate attention after 5:00 PM or on the weekend, please call 800-274-3165 to notify CCMC's after-hours emergency service. The emergency service will alert us via our call tree, ensuring that someone responds. We suggest saving this number to your contacts, so it is readily available when needed. Of course, you should report all crimes and police matters to the police directly.

Bicycles Reminder:

Please use caution when cycling around the walking trails and sidewalks, avoiding pedestrians. Please utilize the bike rack in front of the buildings when visiting Club Inspiration as a gentle reminder. We kindly ask that you do not bring any bicycles inside the building for any reason. When utilizing the sports courts, please place bikes outside the fence to ensure that all walkways are kept clear for pedestrians.

Club Inspiration Pool(s):

As a reminder, the pool(s) at Club Inspiration are closed on Wednesdays for maintenance.

Fitness Center:

The Dual Cable Cross Body machine is currently out of order the; service date has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 12th.

Pet Waste:

Pet waste left in the community's common areas continues to be an issue. We understand your furry friends need to get out and stretch their legs, but we would ask those of you who are walking your pets to please make sure to clean up after them and not leave it to others to do so. For your convenience, there are pet waste stations available for use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Pool Reminders:

As a reminder, the pools are for the enjoyment of all of our owners, and unfortunately, we cannot have volleyball nets at the pool.

Sorry Kids, today is for the Adults! Adults age 21+ (with ID) will have complete rule over the Club Inspiration Pool! Both Heineken and Herman Marshal will be on site for beverage tastings. BYOB (21+) No Glass. Be sure to check out the Beer Pong Tournament!

** Club Inspiration Pool will close at 6:30 pm and reopen at 7:00 pm for the event; during this time, only Adults 21 and over with ID will be granted access**

Inspire Around the World

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our Inspire Around the World event on Friday, September 22nd.
