Greetings,

Can you believe it's already July? Summer always seems to fly by in a blur of sunshine, pool days, and barbeques. While we're all soaking up the fun, it's important to remember safety, especially within our community.

With more families enjoying the outdoors, our streets have seen an increase in pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Let's all commit to keeping our community a safe space for everyone.

Here are a few friendly reminders:

Drive with Caution: Please be mindful of the speed limit throughout the neighborhood. Remember, children might be playing near the streets or darting across sidewalks.

Stop at All Stop Signs: A rolling stop might seem harmless, but it can have serious consequences. Coming to a complete stop allows you to see if anyone is crossing the intersection and ensures a safe flow of traffic.

Be Alert for Pedestrians and Cyclists: Keep an eye out for walkers, joggers, and cyclists who might be using the sidewalks or designated bike lanes.

Put Down the Phone: Avoid texting, talking on the phone (unless hands-free), or adjusting your navigation system while behind the wheel.

By following these simple guidelines, we can all contribute to a safe and enjoyable summer for everyone in the community.

Sincerely,

Heather Bordner-Ayyob

2024 Assessment Information

30-30 Rule for Lightening:

The “30-30 Rule” is an effective rule of thumb for safety: evacuate the pool if the flash-to-bang count is under 30, do not return until 30 minutes have elapsed since the last thunder or lightning. As a reminder, we have installed a cutting-edge lightning detection system that sounds an alarm when lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius.

Access Card Reminder:

Please be sure not to open the door for residents who do not have access cards. The enhanced card system lets the Association team know who utilizes the amenities. Residents who do not have an access card and are granted access by another resident are now considered the guests of the residents who allowed them into the facilities. And, if anything happens, the resident who granted them access is in jeopardy of being responsible for any damages and/or losing access to the amenities. Only one guest is permitted at the Fitness Center, and only adult residents over 18 are allowed. Minors (ages 16-18) using the facilities cannot bring a guest(s); however, they can accompany another minor to the facility, but each minor needs to have their own access card.

Club Inspiration Pool(s):

As a reminder, the pool(s) at Club Inspiration are closed on Wednesdays for maintenance.

Did you know?

If you have a question about your account, including your current balance, account number, questions about the online portal, etc., you can call the Association office at 469-522-2120 or stop into our office with any questions.

Dumpsters:

Recently, we have seen a lot of residential trash being dumped in the builder's and Association's dumpsters. Please do not use any of these dumpsters for personal trash.

Pool Monitor and Lifeguards:

Our lifeguards and pool monitors are here to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time. They work hard enforcing pool rules, which may not always seem like the most exciting job. Let's all remember to be kind and respectful towards them.
