We enjoy seeing all of our residents enjoy the Fitness Center. We wanted to take a moment to remind our residents of some of the rules.

Residents 13 years of age and under are not permitted to use the Fitness Center at any time.
Residents 14-16 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center without adult supervision.
Residents 14-18 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm.
Please return the dumbbells to their appropriate slots.
Residents are limited to one guest only for the Fitness Center.
Please reach out to the Association team if you have any questions; the entire rules can be found on our website.

After Hours Emergencies

If you notice an irrigation leak or want to report anything that may need our immediate attention after 5:00 PM or on the weekend, please call 800-274-3165 to notify CCMC's after-hours emergency service. The emergency service will alert us via our call tree, ensuring that someone responds. We suggest saving this number to your contacts, so it is readily available when needed. Of course, you should report all crimes and police matters to the police directly.

Mobile Access Cards

If you have a new mobile phone, it is important to remember that you will need a new mobile access card as the cards are not transferable to devices.

No Trespassing Reminder

The Association has installed No Trespassing signs at our amenities; if you have reason to believe people from outside the community are using our amenities, please call the Non-Emergency Number for Collin County at 972-547-5100.

Weeds Landscape Beds

Please be sure to remove the weeds from your landscape beds and tree rings.

Online Calendar

When owners add events from our Lifestyle Calendar, the timezone was incorrect. We have updated the system; please update your calendar to ensure the time is corrected. Each event time is correct on our system; however, when you select "Add to Calendar," the timezone is incorrect.

Dinosaur Day

Date: Wednesday, July 12th

Time: 4:30 pm

Where: Club Inspiration

Grab your shovels, its excavation time! We will be learning about fossils, dinosaurs, and different minerals! Join the inspiration excavation team down by the lake shore as we search for fossils and different minerals!

Movie Night @ The Pool

Date: Friday, July 14th

Time: Dusk (7:45 pm )

Where: Club Inspiration

We are bringing back the summer movie nights! All concession is free during the duration of the event. Our residents voted, and our movie is Top Gun: Maverick.

Field Trip to the Zoo

Date: Saturday, July 15th

Time: 1:00 - 3:00 pm

Where: Dallas Zoo

Pack up the car and head to the Dallas zoo! We will be joining other members of our community on an epic safari scavenger photoshoot! The goal of the day is to learn about as many animals as possible and take photos with each animal you learn about. Each resident will be given a list of animals they must take a photo of by the end of the field trip to earn a zoofari prize!

Summer Art Camp - Bird Painting

Date: Tuesday, July 18th

Time: 10:00 am to 11:30 am

Where: Club Inspiration

Children ages 10and up are invited to join us a lesson in bird drawing! Our Graphic Designer Guest will teach about textures, neutral tones, and shadows to make our birds come to life!

Children all ages are invited to join us for rock painting! Kiddos will get the opportunity to learn about the color wheel, primary colors, and how to make secondary colors all while having fun!
