Builder Dumpsters:
Recently, we have seen a lot of residential trash being dumped in the builder dumpsters with homes under construction. Please do not use the builder dumpster for personal trash.
Facility Rentals:
The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than twelve (12) months and no less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online.
Fitness Center:
Last week, the vendor was onsite to repair a few of the machines (treadmill and crossbody), the parts have been ordered, and the repairs will be completed as soon as it is received.
Fountain:
Last week we had a vendor service the fountains at the entrance of the community. The West Fountain has stopped working since the service; the vendor will be onsite by the end of this week to conduct the necessary repairs.
Grace, Paradise & Peace Villages:
The annual flowers will begin to be replaced on Friday, July 21st.
Hammock Park & Volleyball Court:
Last week, the additional hammocks were installed and ready for our owners to enjoy. Please refrain from washing sand off in the drinking fountain. The drain in the lower fountain is clogged, and a plumber is scheduled to service next week.
Inspiration Point Gates:
We are continuing to work on a resolution regarding the gates at Inspiration Point; please continue to check the Inspiration Station for an update.
Pets Reminder:
As a gentle reminder, no pets are allowed inside the pool area, Pickle Ball courts, or inside the Amenity Center. In addition, it is important to remember your pets must remain on a leash at all times while walking the community. Our common areas are pet-friendly but are not dog parks.
Solomons Park:
Earlier this week, the tables were sanded and repainted.
Urban Trails Dog Park:
Beginning today, we are repainting the tires and fire hydrant inside the park. In addition, the gate was repaired last week.
