Assessment Reminder:
Semi-Annual assessments were due Saturday, July 1st. As a reminder, due to the mid-budget revision, a payment of $591.25 must be made by July 30th. If the first payment is not made, the account will accrue late fees and applicable charges until the account is brought current. The remaining balance of $378 is due on Tuesday, August 1st, and must be made by August 30th. For a list of payment options, please click here. Did you know?:
ATVs must display an Off-Highway Vehicle license plate when operated on the road and are not permitted on the sidewalks, trails, or landscaped common areas within Inspiration.
Basketball Hoop Registration:
Both Permanent Hoops and Portable Hoops must be registered with the management company of Inspiration Homeowners Association, Inc.
Club Inspiration Pool(s):
As a reminder, the pool(s) at Club Inspiration is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance.
Club Inspiration Monument Sign:
Earlier this week, the letter C for our Club Inspiration sign was replaced.
Fitness Center:
Our vendor has ordered the replacement supplies for the Fitness Center; once they arrive, we will update the community.
Possum Fire Pond:
The pond is scheduled to get mowed next week.
Inspiration West Fountain:
The vendor was originally scheduled to be onsite last week; they have rescheduled the service to today.
Kids Zip Line Park & Slide Playground:
Starting tomorrow, our team will remove the decomposed granite from the stairs. In addition, we have scheduled another clean-out with our porter, and our landscaper will conduct an irrigation inspection for any leaks that might cause debris on the sidewalk.
Native Mowing:
The native areas were mowed last week; this includes the ONCOR easement and the disc-golf course. We are working on the additional mowing for goals seven through ten.
