Tomorrow, July 31st is is National Lifeguard Appreciation Day, and we want to take a moment to recognize our incredible lifeguards and pool monitors. Their dedication, attentiveness, and hard work play a vital role in keeping our pool areas safe and enjoyable for all residents. If you are visiting the pool, please take a moment to thank them for all that they do.

Club Inspiration Rentals:

All new Club Inspiration rentals are currently on hold while the Board reviews and explores updates to the rental policy at our October Board meeting. Over the past year, we have experienced several issues, including damage to the facility, overcapacity, and rule violations. The Board is working to create a more sustainable and secure rental program. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Please take a moment to review the linked communication regarding the Frontier installation if you have any questions or concerns about the installation process or any related impacts on your property.

Hope Harbor Pool Hours:

Hope Harbor will be operating on seasonal hours starting Tuesday, September 2nd through Sunday, September 28th.

Lifeguards and Monitors at Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor:

Starting next week, we have modified Lifeguard duty at Club Inspiration and Monitors at Hope Harbor due to school being back in session.

Landscape Maintenance

As part of routine landscape maintenance, residents are reminded to trim any weeds or grass growing in the cracks of the sidewalks between their home and the parkway. These areas, though small, can quickly become overgrown and affect the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

Additionally, several corner lots have been identified where shrubs or hedges along the fence line are encroaching on the sidewalk. Please ensure these areas are trimmed back to allow clear and safe passage for walkers.

Back to School Pool Party

Celebrate the end of summer and the start of a new school year with the ultimate poolside bash! Dive into fun with a giant water slide, bounce around in a bubbly foam pit, and groove to live music from our DJ. Bring your swimsuit, sunscreen and plenty of energy, the whole neighborhood is invited for an unforgettable afternoon of splashes and smiles.

As a reminder, no guests are permitted at Club Inspiration on this day. Please plan accordingly, and thank you for helping us keep our amenities safe and enjoyable for everyone.
