Semi-Annual assessments were due Saturday, July 1st. As a reminder, due to the mid-budget revision, the semi-annual assessment amount was $969.25. The first payment of $591.25 must have been made by July 30th. The remaining balance of $378 was due on Tuesday, August 1st, and must be made by August 30th .

CCMC provides a convenient web portal for residents to view their current balance, and review their account activity, click here to log in to the VMS resident portal: https://vmsweb.ccmcnet.com. Login information was included in your welcome letter if you closed after August 2022 and in your first statement with CCMC if you closed before August 2022. If you need assistance, your onsite team can resend the login information by emailing the Inspiration team at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com.

To make a one-time or recurring payment online (January 1st and July 1st), please click here to be linked to Alliance Association Bank, the processing service center. You will need the information below and your account number to make the online payment. The payment portal will not inform you of your account balance, which can be viewed via the web portal linked above.

Trouble Shooting Tips for Account Set Up

Club Inspiration

Today, the tiles at Club Inspiration for the beach entry will be repaired.

Fitness Center:

Over the weekend, the cable for the leg extension machine was broken, we have requested a service ticket, and the cross-body wires are still on order and waiting for delivery.

Grace, Paradise & Peace Villages:

The annual flowers were installed earlier this week.

Hammock Park & Volleyball Court:

We replaced the broken hammock this week. The lower drinking fountain is still out of order, and we will keep the community updated on the repairs.

Lifeguards at Club Inspiration

Starting next week, we have modified Lifeguard duty at Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor due to school being back in session.
