Summer went by in the blink of an eye; we wish everyone a fantastic first day and a wonderful 2024-25' school year. We wanted to remind our residents to slow down when driving throughout the community. Many children are walking to Bush Elementary and several bus stops within the community. As a reminder, when a school bus stops for passengers, all traffic from both directions must stop.

Golf Carts are not permitted on the sidewalks or trails, and drivers must have a valid driver's license.

Remember to take the 2024 Lifestyle Survey. The Social Committee and Board of Directors are committed to providing engaging and enjoyable events for all residents.

As our community continues to grow, your input is invaluable in helping us provide programming that appeals to the majority of homeowners. Please take a moment to complete the 2024 Lifestyle survey; the survey will remain open until Thursday, August 15th, at 5:00 pm.

Facility Rentals:

The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than twelve (12) months and no less than fourteen (14) days in advance of the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online. As of right now, every Saturday until January 2025 has been reserved. So please get your requests in early.

Hope Harbor Seasonal Hours and Closure:

Hope Harbor will be operating on seasonal hours starting Tuesday, September 3rd, through Sunday, September 15th.

Leasing Reminders:

Inspiration is an ownership-focused community. The HOA has very specific rules regarding when and how a house may be rented.

Lifeguards and Monitors at Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor:

Starting this week, we have modified Lifeguard duty at Club Inspiration and Monitors at Hope Harbor due to school being back in session.

Notary Services:

We have a Texas Notary at the Association Office; please schedule an appointment on our new online platform. Appointments are required.

Political Signs:

As provided by statute, political signs and flags are permitted to be displayed 90 days prior to an election and must be removed no later than 10 days after an election. The guidelines regulating the number and placement of political signage are in place to ensure the aesthetics and harmony of our community, while also respecting the rights of individuals to express their political views within a reasonable timeframe.

Heads up, lacrosse players and future lacrosse players! The Inspiration Sports Committee will be hosting a Kids' Lacrosse Training Session! All sports equipment will be supplied. Please be sure to register below; it is open to ages 12 and below.
