Summer went by in a blink of an eye; we wish everyone a fantastic first day and a wonderful 2023-24' school year. We wanted to remind our residents to slow down when driving throughout the community. We have many children walking to Bush Elementary and several bus stops within the community. As a reminder, when a school bus stops for passengers, all traffic from both directions must stop.

Golf Carts are not permitted on the sidewalks or trails, and drivers must have a valid driver's license.

If you were signed up for ACH through CCMC, a Semi-Annual ACH authorization email was sent out on Saturday, August 5th. This link will expire on Friday, August 18th; owners must authorize Alliance Association Bank to continue their ACH.

Common Area:

Starting this week, dead trees within the common area will be removed. In addition, the landscaping mulch throughout the community should be completed by the end of the week. 

Facility Rentals:

The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than twelve (12) months and no less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online. As of right now, every Saturday until January 2024 has been reserved. So please get your requests in early.

Fitness Center:

Our vendor was onsite yesterday and has temporarily repaired the leg extension machine until the parts arrive and the cross-body machine has been repaired. One of the televisions in the upper-level Fitness Center is out of order, and we have placed a service call with our provider. 

Lifeguards at Club Inspiration:

As a reminder, we have modified Lifeguard duty at Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor due to school being back in session.

Leasing Reminders:

Inspiration is an ownership-focused community. The HOA has very specific rules regarding when and how a house may be rented.

Notary Services:

We have a Texas Notary at the Association Office; please be sure to schedule an appointment with the team at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com.

Possum Fire Pond:

Possum Fire Pond is being drained while some work is being done; we will keep the community updated on the timeline.

Congratulations to our July Yard of the Month Winner at 1706 Temperance Way. Calloway's Nursery has sponsored our 2023 Yard of the Month program, and they will receive a Gift Card to Calloway's.

Join us for one final Summer Bash! Plan for music, food trucks, games, and fun! The Elementary School Age Party will be hosted at 3:00 pm, and the Teen Takeover begins at 5:00 pm.
