Greetings,

As September begins, we start to feel the shift from summer’s bright energy to the cozy glow of fall. Labor Day, often called the unofficial end of summer, is a time to slow down, recharge, and celebrate all the season has given us. This three-day weekend is the perfect chance to enjoy the sunshine, take part in outdoor activities, and spend quality time with family, friends, and neighbors.

For many in our community, Labor Day is all about simple joys: backyard barbecues, splashing at the pool, picnics in the park, and good conversations shared over a meal. It is a weekend filled with great food, laughter, and connection.

Association Office Closure:

The Association Office will be closed starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 29th, through Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day. For association-related emergencies, please call 1-800-274-3165.

Sincerely,

Heather Bordner-Ayyob

You are invited to attend the Inspiration Residential HOA Board Meeting on Thursday, September 4th, at 6:00 pm at Club Inspiration. This is a business meeting of the Board of Directors.

Care Giver Passes:

As a reminder, Care Giver Passes expire on Monday, September 1st.

Club Inspiration Rentals:

All new Club Inspiration rentals are currently on hold while the Board reviews and explores updates to the rental policy at our October Board meeting. Over the past year, we have experienced several issues, including damage to the facility, overcapacity, and rule violations. The Board is working to create a more sustainable and secure rental program. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Facility Restrooms:

Please use the bathroom facilities responsibly to ensure the well-being of all community members. Please help us keep our bathrooms clean and sanitary for everyone's enjoyment.

Frontier Reminder:

Please take a moment to review the linked communication regarding the Frontier installation if you have any questions or concerns about the installation process or any related impacts on your property.

Hope Harbor Pool Hours:

Hope Harbor will be operating on seasonal hours starting Tuesday, September 2nd, through Sunday, September 28th.

Inspiration Point: Sand Volleyball Court Reminder

We would like to remind everyone that the sand volleyball court is for volleyball play only and should not be used as a sandbox. While it may look like a fun place for digging, the court has important drainage and other infrastructure beneath the sand that can be damaged. Digging also creates uneven surfaces that make the court unsafe for play. Please help us by reminding children to enjoy the playground areas instead, and keep the sand court clear for its intended use.

Lifeguards and Monitors at Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor:

We have modified Lifeguard duty at Club Inspiration and Monitors at Hope Harbor due to school being back in session.

Yard Sign Reminder

We love seeing all the yard signs celebrating our students’ achievements. It is a wonderful way to showcase their hard work and bring pride to the community! As a friendly reminder, if you still have old or outdated signs displayed, we recommend removing them to make room for fresh celebrations.

Hook and Harvest

Date: Saturday, September 6th

Time: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Location: Front Ponds

Cast a line, shop local, and soak up a relaxing day by the ponds! In partnership with the Sports Committee, Hook & Harvest is taking the place of our traditional Fishing Tournament this year. This family-friendly fall gathering blends the joy of fishing with the charm of a hometown market, and the pond will be freshly restocked for the occasion.

Bring your fishing poles for a laid-back morning by the ponds. No competition, just smiles and good times for all ages. Stroll through local craft booths, pick up fresh goodies from our farmers market, and enjoy the crisp autumn air with friends and neighbors.

Bunco Club: Thursday, August 28th starting 6:30 pm at Club Inspiration.

Ladies Book Club: Tuesday, September 2nd starting 7:00 pm at Club Inspiration.
