Greetings,

As the calendar flips to September, the vibrant hues of summer begin to fade, giving way to the golden tones of fall. Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer, marks a time for relaxation, reflection, and celebration. This three-day weekend offers a final opportunity to soak up the sun, enjoy outdoor activities, and spend quality time with loved ones.

For many, Labor Day is synonymous with backyard barbecues, pool parties, and picnics. The aroma of grilling burgers and hot dogs fills the air as friends and family gather to celebrate the end of summer. Whether you're hosting a casual gathering or attending a community event, Labor Day provides the perfect excuse to enjoy good food, good company, and good weather.

Sincerely,

Heather Bordner-Ayyob

Did you know?

At Inspiration, we have Safety Breaks at all our pools during the last ten minutes of every hour; only residents under 18 are required to exit the water. Some of the reasons for Safety Breaks are below:

  • Children need to exit the water to replenish energy. During this time, we encourage parents to give their children snacks, drink water, and relax; this helps lessen the chance of drowning and sudden exhaustion with our young patrons.
  • During the safety breaks, all lifeguards switch to their designated lifeguard stands. Switching stands helps the guards stay alert and monitor different sections of the pool with high attention. This means that for a short period, the water is not being watched and may be unsafe for children. Once the safety break has ended, all guards are back on the stand, and the water is protected.
  • Safety breaks allow children to be out of the pool so they may use the restroom; this helps reduce the chance of a code brown (poop in the pool).
  • Safety breaks are also for “water rest.” This gives the chlorine time to keep the water clean during high-traffic hours. During these 10 minutes, the water is routinely checked for chlorine levels and Ph levels.

Association Office Closure:

The Association Office will be closed starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 30th, through Monday, September 2nd, in observance of Labor Day. For Association related emergencies, please call 1-800-274-3165.

Care Giver Passes:

As a reminder, Care Giver Passes expire on Monday, September 2nd.

Dumpsters:

Recently, we have seen a lot of residential trash being dumped in the builder's and Association's dumpsters. Please do not use any of these dumpsters for personal trash.

Facility Restrooms:

Please use the bathroom facilities responsibly to ensure the well-being of all community members. Please help us keep our bathrooms clean and sanitary for everyone's enjoyment.

Fitness Center Damaged Equipment:

We appreciate everyone who has reported any fitness equipment in need of repair. We have designed a form specifically for reporting damaged fitness equipment to streamline the process. Find a QR code conveniently placed on both fitness center floors for easy access.

First Responders Fitness Center Access:

First Responders living within Inspiration Residential HOA are permitted to use the Fitness Center Complex 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can register with the Association here

Hope Harbor Parking Reminders:

Friendly reminder: For everyone's safety and convenience, please obey traffic laws and parking regulations. This ensures smooth entry and exit from driveways and shows consideration for our Hope Village neighbors.

Hope Harbor Seasonal Hours and Closure:

Hope Harbor will operate on seasonal hours from Tuesday, September 3rd, through Sunday, September 15th.

Community Project Updates

The cooler weather creates an excellent opportunity to get out there and check off items on your "To-Do list." That means it's a great time to freshen up your fence stain to bring it back to looking shiny and new. There is only one approved color for Inspiration: the Sherwin Williams Cedar Bark 3511. Keeping up with your fence staining ensures its longevity and keeps your curb appeal looking great!
