We are looking forward to hosting our Community Wide-Garage sale this weekend. We currently have 54 owners who have confirmed their participation. Linked here is a community map that can be shared with your friends and family. The Garage Sale will be advertised on several social media platforms to help increase awareness about our event. If you still need to sign up, register before 3:00 pm next Thursday, September 21st, to be included in the community map.

Facility Rentals:

The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than twelve (12) months and no less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online. As of right now, every Saturday until January 2024 has been reserved. So please get your requests in early.

Active and Reserve Military Fitness Center Access:

Active and Reserve Military members living within Inspiration Residential HOA are permitted to use the Fitness Center Complex 24 hours / seven days a week. Active and Reserve Military members can register with the Association here.

Osage Lane:

Osage Lane will close indefinitely starting Monday, September 18th. Please be advised there may be some intermittent closures between now and Monday. We recommend owners leave a few minutes earlier than usual as we will have increased traffic at Parker Road and Inspiration Blvd.

Right of Row Project:

The Right of Row (ROW) project has begun; the work will begin at the back end of the community near Huffines Blvd and Osage Lane. The ROW project is not costing the association any money and is being paid for by Huffines Communities. The ROW project encompasses replacing trees and plant materials down Inspiration and Huffines Boulevards.

TXDOT:

We have been informed that the TXDOT project will not begin work at our entrance until January 2024.

Fall is almost here; it is a great time to prune branches from trees and shrubs. Per Section 1.2 of the Amended Design Guidelines, Trees shall be trimmed to no less than six feet (6’) above ground. Please begin planning to trim/prune parkway trees and any branches that may have died in the past two summers’ droughts or were killed by the past winter’s extreme cold. If you have dead tree branches, please have those pruned as well.
