Dear Inspiration Owners,

The Holiday Season is upon us! Inspiration Residential Association encourages residents to express themselves during the holiday season!

It helps create a sense of community and provides a great, fun experience!

For all October through December holidays, seasonal lighting is permitted for illumination thirty (30) days prior to and thirty (30) days after the holiday season. Seasonal lights and décor may be installed starting October 1 but may only be illuminated as stated above.

For any other formally recognized holidays, decoration is permitted during a period consisting of one (1) week prior to and three (3) days after the holiday.

Teen Council:

Calling all Teens! Back in June, the Board of Directors approved a Teen Council. We could use help at our upcoming Oktoberfest Event on Friday, October 13th.

Club Inspiration Pool(s):

As a reminder, the pool(s) at Club Inspiration are closed on Wednesdays for maintenance.

Halloween Decorations:

It's hard to believe that we are almost into SPOOKY season. Please wait three (3) days to install your Spooktacular decorations per the community policies.

Lawn Care:

This is the time to apply pre and post-emergent to your lawns. Pre-emergent is applied before weed seeds emerge and attack seeds before they sprout, and Post-emergent attacks weeds when they have come out of the ground. The granules are effective for about 100 days, so you will need to reapply three months later as a "booster shot."

Leasing Reminders:

Inspiration is an ownership-focused community. The HOA has very specific rules regarding when and how a house may be rented.

Osage Lane:

Osage Lane is now closed; we recommend owners leave a few minutes earlier than usual as we will have seen increased traffic at Parker Road and Inspiration Blvd.

Parcel Box at Clustered Mailboxes:

Parcel boxes are located within the existing clustered mailboxes within the community. The Association office does not have any keys for the parcel boxes; the postmaster will place the key within your mailbox.

Right of Row Project:

The Right of Row (ROW) project is well underway. The ROW project is not costing the association any money and is being paid for by Huffines Communities. The ROW project encompasses replacing trees and plant materials down Inspiration and Huffines Boulevards.

Did you Know?

Owners can submit a photo or document to close their violations with the hyperlink in your compliance letters. Owners do not need login information; click the link and upload a document/image for the Association team to review and close your notice.

Please be mindful of doing this within the timeline of your letters per the CC&Rs for the community.

Pink Out Pickleball

Date: Saturday, October 7th

Time: Noon

Where: Inspiration Pickleball Courts

Help raise awareness for Breast Cancer during our Pink Out Pickleball tournament! Every participating team member will receive a custom Inspiration Breast Cancer Awareness bag! The tournament will occur at the Inspiration Pickle Ball Courts. This will be a doubles tournament, and at least one team member must be an Inspiration resident.

One of Inspirations showcase events, Oktoberfest, has been a long-time tradition. Look forward to the whiskey barrel race and much more! Kids will get to enjoy face painting, balloon makers, and a trip through the corn maze!

Inspire Around the World

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our Inspire Around the World event on Sunday, November 12th.
