Dear Inspiration Owners,

Water is a precious commodity in North Texas and is limited in supply, but you can have beauty and color in your yard and still conserve water. Here are some tips to reduce water use and keep a beautiful landscape;

Water during the coolest part of the day allows the ground to absorb the water before it evaporates; no watering is allowed 10:00 am - 6:00 pm unless you have a smart irrigation system.

In addition, you can take the guesswork out of knowing when and how much water to use. Click here for a free weekly recommendation from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. The grass is going dormant and only needs 0.35 inches of water, one watering for 42 minutes.

Teen Council:

Calling all Teens! Back in June, the Board of Directors approved a Teen Council. We could use help at our upcoming Oktoberfest Event on Friday, October 13th.

Count Me In!

Fitness Center:

During the last Board meeting, the Board of Directors approved the repairs to the remotes for the televisions in the Fitness Center. The vendor has ordered the supplies and will update the community once the service date is scheduled.

Lifeguards at Club Inspiration:

Starting this weekend, Lifeguards will no longer be on duty at either Club Inspiration or Hope Harbor Pool. Please remember to swim at your own risk and use emergency phones at both pools for emergencies. Please remember to bring your access cards to any of the amenities.

Osage Lane:

Osage Lane is now closed; we recommend owners leave a few minutes earlier than usual as we will have seen increased traffic at Parker Road and Inspiration Blvd.

Right of Row Project:

The Right of Row (ROW) project is well underway. The ROW project is not costing the association any money and is being paid for by Huffines Communities. The ROW project encompasses replacing trees and plant materials down Inspiration and Huffines Boulevards.

Veterans Park:

Late last week, the new plant material was installed at Veterans Park.

Peace Park:

The work is almost completed at Peace Park, and we are thrilled with the transformation. We cannot wait for our owners to enjoy the Zip Line Park just in time for the cooler weather.

Pink Out Pickleball

Date: Saturday, October 7th

Time: Noon

Where: Inspiration Pickleball Courts

Help raise awareness for Breast Cancer during our Pink Out Pickleball tournament! Every participating team member will receive a custom Inspiration Breast Cancer Awareness bag! The tournament will occur at the Inspiration Pickle Ball Courts. This will be a doubles tournament, and at least one team member must be an Inspiration resident.

Oktoberfest

Date: Friday, October 13th

Time: 5:30 pm

Where: Club Inspiration

One of Inspirations showcase events, Oktoberfest, has been a long-time tradition. Look forward to the whiskey barrel race and much more! Kids will get to enjoy archery, hair tensile, and a trip through the corn maze! Be on the look out for next weeks Lifestyle Update for more Information!
