Club Inspiration Refresh Project
As a reminder, the Club Inspiration refresh project is officially underway! The vendor will power wash both Building One and Building Two, followed by repainting and staining the exterior surfaces to give the clubhouse a fresh, updated appearance. Please note that the facility will remain open during this time, though there may be intermittent closures to certain areas as work progresses. Signage will be posted to guide residents around active work zones.

Lower Level Fitness Center:
Beginning Monday, October 13th, the Lower Level Fitness Center will be closed for approximately two weeks as we prepare for the enhancements approved at the September 4th Board of Directors meeting. These upgrades include new flooring, updated machines, and additional bars and plates.
We recognize the temporary closure is an inconvenience, but we are excited to bring residents a refreshed space with improved equipment in the coming weeks. Please note that the reopening date may shift by a day or two, depending on delivery and installation schedules for the flooring and equipment.
