Dear Inspiration Owners,

We enjoy seeing all of our residents enjoy the Fitness Center. We wanted to take a moment to remind our residents of some of the rules. 

• Residents under 14 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center at any time. 
• Residents 14-16 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center without adult supervision. 
• Residents 14-18 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm. 
• Please return the dumbbells to their appropriate slots.
• Residents are limited to one guest only for the Fitness Center.

Teen Council:

Calling all Teens! Back in June, the Board of Directors approved a Teen Council. We could use help at our upcoming Oktoberfest Event on Friday, October 13th.

Arch @ Inspiration Boulevard 

The vendor has ordered the supplies to replace the lights at the Arch on Inspiration Boulevard, which will be repaired as soon as the parts are received. 

Cultural Events: 

The use of Club Inspiration will also be extended to cultural groups on a complimentary basis to host individual events. This gesture is intended to provide the necessary space, equipment, decorations, and resources to share traditions and experiences with all homeowners. The Board has approved one event monthly to be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis per cultural per lot owner. For more information, please click here for all the information.

Hope Harbor: 

Hope Harbor will close for the season beginning Wednesday, November 1st.

Notary Services:

We have a Texas Notary at the Association Office; please be sure to schedule an appointment with the team at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com.

Osage Lane: 

Osage Lane is now closed; we recommend owners leave a few minutes earlier than usual as we will have seen increased traffic at Parker Road and Inspiration Blvd. 

Parking Lot Restriping: 

Early this week, the parking lot was restriped at Club Inspiration, Hope Harbor, and Inspiration Point. 

Right of Row Project: 

The Right of Row (ROW) project is well underway. The ROW project is not costing the Association any money and is being paid for by Huffines Communities. The ROW project encompasses replacing trees and plant materials down Inspiration and Huffines Boulevards.

Sports Committee: 

The Association is seeking homeowners who have an interest in organizing sports leagues and activities such as Pickleball, Volleyball, Disc Golf, Golf, Soccer, Cricket, etc. The goal is to create a Sports Committee with the purpose of organizing sports activities within the community. The Board has dedicated a budget to this committee. If you have an interest in serving, please contact the Association office at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com. The goal is to have a committee formed by the end of October to begin planning for 2024. 

Water Fountain at Pond:

The water fountain at the small pond was repaired last week.

 October Yard of the Month Winner

Congratulations to our October Yard of the Month Winner at 2032 Holy Unity Ln. Calloway's Nursery has sponsored our 2023 Yard of the Month program.

The 2024 Yard of the Month program will launch in March.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who participated in our recent Lifestyle Events Survey. Your feedback has provided the Board of Directors with invaluable insights into homeowner preferences and interests, which will greatly influence the plans for the upcoming year.

Without further ado, we are excited to share highlights of the survey along with the 2024 plan that the Board has adopted.  

Oktoberfest

Last month, our residents shared their feedback through our 2023 Lifestyle Survey. We have taken those results and modified Oktoberfest, and we are excited to bring new traditions to the community. Inspiration Paw Park Pals: Every Thursday & and Tuesday at 5:00 pm at Urban Trails Dog Park.

Ladies Crafting Club: Wednesday, October 11th starting at 7:00 pm at Club Inspiration.

LCR Game Night Club: Thursday, October 12th Starting at 7:00 pm at Club Inspiration.

Kids Craft Club: Saturday, October 14th starting at 10:30 am at Club Inspiration.

Poker Club: Tuesday, October 17th starting at 7:00 pm at Club Inspiration.
