Golf Carts:

As a friendly reminder, all drivers of golf carts within our community must possess a valid driver's license. Please ensure that you and any other authorized drivers of golf carts in your household have a valid license.

Seasonal Lighting Policy:

Seasonal lighting is permitted for illumination during a time period consisting of thirty (30) days prior to and thirty (30) days after the holiday season. Seasonal lights and decor may be installed starting October 1 but may only be illuminated as stated above.

Winter Rye:

Winter rye has been added to the front of the community near the ponds to enhance the landscape's appearance during the colder months. This hardy grass thrives in cooler temperatures, providing a lush green look through winter. You may notice an increase in watering during this period to help the grass establish and thrive.

Community Project Updates

Autumn is the perfect season to plant new trees in your parkway, especially the three approved varieties: Chinese Pistache, Live Oak, and Red Oak. These trees thrive when planted during this time of year, allowing them to establish their root systems before the hot summer months.

To ensure healthy growth, select trees with a caliper of three to four inches or that match the size of any trees being replaced. The caliper is measured six inches from the base of the tree.
