We enjoy seeing all of our residents enjoy the Fitness Center. We wanted to take a moment to remind our residents of some of the rules.

Residents under 14 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center at any time.
Residents 14-16 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center without adult supervision.
Residents 14-18 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm.
Please return the dumbbells to their appropriate slots.
Residents are limited to one guest only for the Fitness Center.

Community Project Updates

Fall is the ideal time to apply pre-emergent weed control products to your lawn. Pre-emergent works by forming a barrier in the soil, preventing weed seeds from germinating.

To ensure optimal effectiveness, apply pre-emergent when soil temperatures have cooled to around 70°F. This typically occurs between September and November.

By applying pre-emergent now, you can help to control weeds and maintain a healthy, lush lawn throughout the spring and summer months.

Let's celebrate the start of fall with an excellent old-fashioned S'more's roast and guitar music! We will have a guitarist and a smores bar set up at Sapphire Park (Kangaroo Bounce Pad) in Paradise Village! Please be sure to bring your roasting stick!

Inspire Around the World

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our Inspire Around the World event on Sunday, November 3rd.
